Cancellation Policy
Please review our cancellation deadlines and rules for handmade and bespoke carpet requests.
1. Pre-Production Cancellations
Orders for catalog items can only be cancelled and refunded before production, customization, packaging, or dispatch process begins.
If you need to cancel a standard order, please notify us immediately by emailing info@indflyingcarpets.com or sending a direct message via WhatsApp to +91 89533 66602 within 24 hours of payment.
2. Mid-Production & Shipping Restrictions
Once our artisans begin the yarn-dyeing, weaving, backing, or trimming processes, or once packaging and shipping arrangements have commenced:
- Active Production: We cannot accept any cancellation requests or offer any refunds.
- Transit Shipments: Orders that have already been shipped or are in export transit cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
3. Custom-Made Orders Exclusion
Bespoke design custom-made orders (made-to-order shapes, specific designs, or custom sizes) are crafted exclusively to your design briefs. Custom-made orders are strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-modifiable after the payment transaction is completed and the digital draft or design specification sheet is approved.
4. Transaction Fees
In case of any pre-production cancellation approved by the management, any third-party transaction processing fees charged by Razorpay or currency conversion costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. How to Request Cancellation
To cancel an eligible order, contact customer service:
"Order Cancellation Request - [Your Order ID]"
Please provide your name, phone number, payment transaction receipt, and the reason for your cancellation.
