1. Worldwide Shipping Coverage
We are pleased to offer global shipping. Our handmade carpets are exported directly from our manufacturing facility in India to premium residences, commercial projects, and boutique showrooms worldwide, including the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, Australia, and Asia.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
We process order dispatches efficiently to ensure minimal transit times:
- Order Processing Time: Ready stock items are processed and prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days from receipt of payment.
- Standard Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, international air transit takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks depending on destination customs clearance, cargo flights, and regional distribution.
- Custom Carpets Timeline: Custom bespoke orders require a production period of 6 to 12 weeks depending on weave specifications. Once fabricated, they are shipped immediately and delivered within 2 to 4 weeks.
4. Duties, Local Import Taxes & Customs Charges
Our products are shipped on a **Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)** or **Delivered At Place (DAP)** basis.
- Import Fees: The customer is solely responsible for paying any local customs duties, clearance handling fees, import taxes, sales taxes (e.g. VAT or GST), or regional tariffs imposed in their destination country.
- Brokerage & Customs: The courier provider (e.g., FedEx/DHL) will reach out to you with details on the duty calculations. These charges must be paid directly to the carrier or local customs authorities before delivery.
- Document Requirements: The importer is required to provide necessary verification IDs (e.g. SSN/EIN in the USA, EORI in the EU) if requested by customs brokers.
5. Shipment Tracking & Notifications
We share complete tracking details immediately after dispatch so you can monitor your order in real time:
- Tracking Details Shared: Tracking info is sent to your registered email address and phone number via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp immediately after dispatch.
- Live Monitoring: You can track the shipment status live on our Track Order page or directly on the courier's (FedEx/DHL/UPS) tracking panel.
