1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or “Customer”), and IND Flying Carpets Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Scope of Business & Exports

IND Flying Carpets specializes in the design, manufacture, and international export of luxury handmade and custom-made carpets. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that all orders are subject to acceptance by us and are processed as international cargo exports. Delivery is subject to regional logistics, export clearance from India, and import regulations in the destination country.

3. Handmade & Custom-Made Variations

Please be aware that our carpets are crafted by skilled artisans using traditional hand-tufting, hand-weaving, and hand-knotting processes. Consequently:

• Color & Dye Lot Shading: Minor differences in shade (up to 10% variance) are standard due to the nature of organic fiber dyeing techniques.
• Sizing Tolerances: A dimension variation of up to 3-5% is normal and expected in handmade textiles.
• Design Character: Slight irregular details or pattern modifications may occur in custom sizing to maintain proper visual scale. These variations highlight the authenticity of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered manufacturing defects.

4. Customer Obligations & Import Clearance

As the importer of record, the Customer is solely responsible for:

• Providing complete and accurate shipping details, telephone numbers, and email addresses.
• Paying all regional import taxes, customs clearance broker fees, customs duties, and local levies.
• Providing necessary identification, power of attorney, or other documents requested by customs authorities or logistics partners (FedEx, DHL, etc.) to complete clearance. Failure to support customs clearance resulting in return or destruction of cargo will waive any customer claims for refunds.

5. Payment Terms & Razorpay Compliance

All transactions and payments are securely routed through our authorized payment gateway, Razorpay.

• Payments can be made using authorized international credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, or UPI.
• Orders will be confirmed and processed for production or dispatch only upon successful payment authorization by Razorpay.
• All price quotes are subject to update, and transactions are checked for anti-fraud validation. We reserve the right to decline any transaction flagged as suspicious.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its source code, databases, design layouts, audio/video assets, text, photographs, and graphics are our proprietary property or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, aggregate, republish, upload, post, publicly display, or distribute any part of the site without explicit prior written consent from IND Flying Carpets Pvt. Ltd.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your purchase or use of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
